1. 주효능 효과
2) 판토텐산의 수요가 증대하고 식사로부터 섭취가 불충분한 때의 보급(소모성 질
환, 갑상선기능항진증, 임부, 수유부 등)
3) 다음 질환 중 판토텐산의 결핍 또는 대사장애가 관여한다고 추정되는 경우
스트렙토마이신 및 카나마이신에 따른 부작용의 예방 및 치료, 접촉피부염, 급·
만성습진, 수술후 장관 마비
용법 / 용량
1. 성인
수술후 장관 마비에는 1회 50 ~ 500mg, 1일 1 ~ 3회 투여하고 필요시 6회까지
증가할 수 있다.
연령 증상에 따라 적절히 증감한다.
2. 주사액의 조제
정맥주사시는 이 약 500mg을 포도당주사액 또는 유산염링겔용액 등의 정맥주사
용액과 혼합하여 천천히 정맥내 주입한다.
