효능 / 효과

1. 피부표면이나 내부의 진균증

1) 피부진균에 의한 피부, 모발, 손발톱의 감염(피부진균증, 조진균증, 만성점막 피부 칸디다증 등), 특히 넓은 부위나 피부 깊숙이 있는 병소나 모발, 손발톱 등 국소적 치료가 곤란하거나 효과가 없는 경우

2) 구강내와 위장관의 진균에 의한 감염

3) 질칸디다증, 특히 만성이거나 국소적 치료로 효과가 없는 경우

4) 전신적 진균 감염증: 전신적 칸디다증, 남아메리카 효모균증(paracoccidioidomycosis), 히스토플라스마증, 콕시디오이테스증 등2. 전신적 진균 감염증과 만성점막피부칸디다증의 재발방지

용법 / 용량

1. 질칸디다증 : 케토코나졸로서 아침, 저녁 200mg씩 5일간 투여한다.

* 증상이 호전되지 않을 경우는 1일 최대 400mg까지 증량할 수 있다.

* 소아는 체중에 따라 1일 50mg 또는 100mg으로 감량한다.

* 흡수율을 높이기 위해 식사중에 투여해야 한다.
