성인 및 청소년(12세 이상, 35kg 이상): 돔페리돈으로서 1회 10mg(레보도파 투여시 5mg)을 1일 3회 식전에 경구투여한다. 1일 최대 복용량은 30mg이다.
일반적으로, 1주일을 초과 사용하지 않도록 한다.
