Aspirin Enteric Coated Pellet 아스피린장용펠렛 122mg (아스피린(으)로서 100mg) Clopidogrel Bisulfate 클로피도그렐황산수소염 97.875mg (클로피도그렐(으)로서 75mg)
효능 / 효과
다음 질환이 있는 성인 환자에서 클로피도그렐과 아스피린을 동시에 투여하여야 하는 환자에만 사용한다.
- 급성관상동맥증후군[불안정성 협심증 또는 비Q파 심근경색 환자에 있어서, 약물치료 또는 관상중재시술(PCI)(stent 시술을 하거나 하지 않은 경우) 및 관상동맥회로우회술(CABG)을 받았거나 받을 환자를 포함]이 있는 환자에서 죽상동맥경화성 증상(심혈관계 이상으로 인한 사망, 심근경색, 뇌졸중 또는 불응성 허혈)의 개선
- 한 가지 이상의 혈관성 위험인자를 가지고 있고, 비타민 K 길항제(VKA) 투여가 적합하지 않으며, 출혈 위험이 낮은 심방세동 환자에서 뇌졸중을 포함한 죽상혈전증 및 혈전색전증의 위험성 감소

1일 1회 1캡슐을 투여한다.
