Cetrorelix Acetate 세트로렐릭스아세트산염 3.18mg

효능 / 효과

체외수정시술시 과배란 유도 (Controlled Ovarian Stimulation)에서 미성숙난자의 배란방지

용법 / 용량

이 분야의 전문가의 처방에 의해 투여되어야 하며, 하복부 복벽으로 피하주사한다.
뇨추출 혹은 재조합 성선자극호르몬(gonadotropin)으로 배란촉진을 시작한지 7일째 (난소자극 시작후 132-144시간)에 투여한다.
세트로타이드 3mg을 투여하고 5일이 지나도 난포의 성장이 배란을 유도할 정도로 이루어지지 않은 경우에는 추가로 세트로타이드 0.25mg을 세트로타이드 3mg을 세트로타이드 투여 후 96시간뒤부터 1일 1회 배란 유도시까지 투여한다.
