1. 다음 질환에 의한 말초순환장애 : 레이노병 및 레이노증후군, 간헐성파행, 폐색성혈전혈관염(버거병), 홍청색증, 맥관저의 경련
2. 뇌순환부전 : 어지러움, 이명, 치매성증상, 성격변화, 기억력·집중력 저하, 시간과 공간에 대한 지남력상실, 뇌졸중휴우증

용법 / 용량

성인 : 부플로메딜염산염으로서 1일 300-600㎎을 분할 경구투여한다.
연령, 증상에 따라 적절히 증감한다.
