Tranexamic Acid 트라넥삼산 50mg/mL

효능 / 효과

1. 전신적 섬유소용해항진과 관련있다고 생각되는 출혈 경향 (백혈병, 재생불량성 빈혈, 자반병, 암 등 및 수술 중ㆍ수술 후의 이상 출혈)

2. 국소적 섬유소용해항진과 관련있다고 생각되는 이상출혈 (폐출혈, 성기출혈, 신출혈, 전립선 수술 중ㆍ수술 후의 이상 출혈)

용법 / 용량

트라넥사민산으로서 보통 성인 1일 250~500mg을 1~2회에 분할 정맥 또는 근육주사한다.
수술 중ㆍ수술 후의 출혈 등에는 필요에 따라 1회 500~1000mg을 정맥 또는 500~2500mg을 점적 정맥주사한다.
연령, 증상에 따라 적절히 증감한다.
