갑상선기능 감소를 요하는 다음의 제질환 :
용법 / 용량
1. 성인
후속 요법 :
1) 유지요법 : 갑상선기능 정상상태가 유지됨에 따라 용량을 점차 감량하며 최후 용량은 1일 5-15밀리그람 치료를 최소 6개월에서 18개월까지 계속한다.
2) 치환요법 : 초회량 1일 20-60밀리그람을 유지하면서, 갑상선 기능저하를 방지하기 위해 병용요법으로서 엘-티록신을 50-150마이크로그람 투여치로는 최소 6-18개월까지 계속한다.
2. 어린이 : 보통 초회량은 1일 15밀리그람
3. 노인 : 특별한 용량요법은 불필요하나 사용상의 주의사항을 고려한다.
