효능 / 효과

유효균종 : 본제에 감수성인 결핵균

적응증 : 폐결핵(초기요법이나 예방요법으로는 적당하지 않음)

용법 / 용량

성인 : 1일 1회 2캅셀 복용(식전 1시간 혹은 식후 2시간에 복용)

영양결핍자, 신경병(neuropathy) 소질이 있는 자(당뇨병 환자 등) 및 청년기 환자에게는 피리독신을 병용 투여하여야 한다.
